About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and industry best practices.
- Manage cross‑functional project teams, including architects, developers, and business analysts, to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
- Act as trusted advisor to C‑suite executives, translating complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
- Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, leveraging Agile frameworks and performance metrics.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, with a proven track record of senior leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of finance, operations, and HR processes, and how they integrate within Oracle Cloud.
- Excellent project management skills, including PMP or Prince2 certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile teams.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
