About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end fleet modernization projects, translating business requirements into technical specifications and robust solutions.
- Collaborate with IT architecture and development teams to ensure design alignment, quality, and timely deployment of new services.
- Develop and maintain SQL‑based data models and Power BI dashboards to track key performance metrics and support decision‑making.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, prioritize backlogs, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet project milestones.
- Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend technology enhancements to increase operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within operations or fleet management environments.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and Power BI for reporting and analytics.
- Strong understanding of IT architecture principles and experience working with development teams.
- Experience managing Agile projects, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
