Operations Manager - Windows/Linux, Networking & Cybersecurity - Hyundai AutoEver America

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of Windows and Linux servers, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Manage network infrastructure, including routing, switching, and VPNs, to support enterprise connectivity.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls, conduct vulnerability assessments, and respond to incidents.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in process improvement initiatives, automation, and capacity planning.
• Develop and enforce operational policies, documentation, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations with a focus on Windows/Linux environments.
• Strong background in networking technologies (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls) and security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).
• Hands‑on experience with monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA, CISSP) are a plus.
