About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and modification of mechanical and hydraulic components for drone‑enabled powerline stringing systems.
- Collaborate with R&D to translate concepts into field‑ready prototypes and production parts.
- Coordinate with field teams to test, troubleshoot, and optimize equipment performance on site.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and safety procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements during field integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience with hydraulic systems and drone‑based utility construction.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a field‑based environment.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work onsite as needed.
