About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for executive and operational stakeholders.
- Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes using PowerShell scripts to streamline reporting workflows.
- Collaborate with IT Service Management teams to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production systems and services.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with service level agreements and operational objectives.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end users, enhancing data literacy and self‑service capabilities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Power BI development and dashboarding.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and data manipulation.
- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and storytelling techniques.
- Experience with IT Service Management processes and tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
