Operations Data Analyst - Lantern

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple operational sources to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators across care delivery, cost, and utilization.
• Write complex SQL queries and Python scripts to extract, transform, and load data, ensuring accuracy and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (clinical, finance, product) to define metrics, validate findings, and translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Perform statistical analysis to evaluate the impact of process changes and support evidence‑based decision making.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis within a healthcare or operations environment.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, NumPy), and Tableau; advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise visual stories.
• Excellent communication skills and experience presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, cost analysis, or clinical workflows is a plus.
