We are Bambuser, and we are reshaping commerce
At Bambuser, we're helping the world's leading brands reimagine how they sell online. We move fast, build world-class tech, and hold ourselves to a high bar – on the product side and inside the company.
We're looking for someone who obsesseses over how companies are run. Not because process is interesting in itself, but because every broken workflow, every manual handoff, every decision made without the right information is friction that slows us down. Your job is to find it, fix it, and make sure the fix actually sticks, then move to the next one.
This is a hybrid role that starts hands-on and grows into ownership. In your first months you'll ship automations that take real work off people's plates. Over time, you'll own the foundation underneath them: the reusable tooling and connected systems that let the whole company automate, not just you. We'll shape that vision together, and then you'll drive it.
What you'll do
Hunt for leverage. Spend time with every team, CS, Sales, Finance, Product, People, R&D, actively looking for what's broken. Map where work stalls, where information gets lost, and where humans are doing things machines should be doing.
Find the real problem. Teams will describe the wrong problem more often than the right one. You can sit in the mess, work out what's actually broken, and scope and phase the fix before a line of code is written. Sometimes the answer is a script. Sometimes it's a completely different way of structuring the process. You know the difference.
Ship and own it . Build and deliver automations and integrations across our stack: Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace, ERP, and beyond. Use n8n, Python, or whatever the job needs. You own the outcome, and you build things that still work six months after you ship them.
Build the foundation. You'll design the reusable layer, the internal tooling, integrations, and connected knowledge, that lets others build too, and stops us reinventing the wheel for every new workflow. This is the part of the role that grows into something bigger.
Deploy AI with intent. Work with the Data Intelligence team to apply LLMs and agents to internal workflows, routing, summarization, reporting, decision support. You'll have full ownership from experiment to production. You also know when not to reach for a model: you prefer a deterministic rule when one will do, you validate what models produce, and you build in the observability and evaluation that tell you whether something is working or quietly drifting.
Measure. Keep score like a commercial operator. Every system you build has a job: making Bambuser faster, leaner, or more effective at win
