Systems Engineer
Manage and enhance a fully automated workflow ecosystem built on Notion, Zapier, GoHighLevel, Slack, and custom AI tools, ensuring reliability, fixing issues quickly, and streamlining processes for a fast‑growing land investment business.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot all automated workflows and AI integrations to ensure uninterrupted operation.
- Rapidly identify and resolve failures or bottlenecks before they impact revenue-generating activities.
- Redesign inefficient or “clunky” processes into streamlined, repeatable automations.
- Collaborate directly with business owners to translate problem statements into technical solutions.
- Document workflow architecture, updates, and standard operating procedures for team reference.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and managing automations with Notion, Zapier, GoHighLevel, and Slack.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to diagnose and fix issues under pressure.
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools or custom AI integrations (e.g., ChatGPT, LLM APIs).
- Hands‑on mindset; comfortable taking ownership of end‑to‑end solutions without extensive supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both on‑site (Windsor‑Essex area) and remotely in a hybrid model.
