Software Engineer
Lead the protection of critical industrial control systems, securing SCADA networks and OT environments with advanced cyber security practices and incident response strategies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain security controls for OT and SCADA systems across the organization.
- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests on industrial control environments.
- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and incident response plans specific to operational technology.
- Collaborate with engineering, IT, and operations teams to integrate security into system design and upgrades.
- Monitor OT networks for anomalous activity, investigate incidents, and coordinate remediation efforts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in OT or industrial control system security.
- Hands‑on experience with security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls) in an OT context.
- Strong knowledge of NIST, IEC 62443, and ISO/IEC 27001 frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to train non‑technical stakeholders.
