About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current AI‑powered business workflows and identify gaps in efficiency and accuracy.
- Design and implement process improvements that align with AI model objectives and business goals.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to refine training data and model outputs.
- Document best practices, create training materials, and conduct workshops for internal stakeholders.
- Track performance metrics, report on improvement impact, and iterate on solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operational excellence, process mapping, and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data insights into actionable process changes.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts is a plus.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently within a flexible freelance schedule.
