Operational Excellence Engineer - Global Standardization

We are seeking an Operational Excellence Engineer to join our team in Boise, ID. As an Operational Excellence Engineer, you will be responsible for standardizing processes and improving efficiency across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive business results. Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions
• Develop and maintain metrics to measure process performance
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation and technology enablement

Requirements for this role include:

• 3+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and machine learning
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
• Experience with AWS and Python programming languages
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, business, or computer science
