Operational Excellence & TPM Engineer - Global Facilities Standardization

We are seeking an Operational Excellence & TPM Engineer to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing operational excellence and TPM strategies to standardize global facilities. This will involve leveraging data analytics and machine learning techniques to drive process improvements and optimize facility performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lean six sigma and TPM, with experience in implementing operational excellence initiatives in a global manufacturing environment. They will also have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

The Operational Excellence & TPM Engineer will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing operational excellence and TPM strategies to standardize global facilities
• Leveraging data analytics and machine learning techniques to drive process improvements and optimize facility performance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement operational excellence initiatives
• Developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure facility performance
• Providing training and coaching to facility teams on operational excellence and TPM principles
