About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Verint Analytics dashboards and performance metrics to support enterprise decision‑making.
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and reporting tools to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and automate regular reports, alerts, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Document configuration changes, data models, and best practices to support knowledge transfer and system scalability.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Verint Analytics or similar enterprise analytics platforms.
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in process improvement and performance measurement is a plus.
