Software Engineer
Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of OpenShift and OpenStack environments, leveraging Kubernetes, Ansible, and Python to deliver scalable, secure cloud solutions for enterprise clients.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and maintain OpenShift and OpenStack clusters across on‑prem and hybrid cloud environments.
- Automate provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management using Ansible, Python scripts, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement security best practices, including role‑based access control, network segmentation, and compliance monitoring.
- Collaborate with DevOps, platform, and application teams to integrate CI/CD workflows and optimize resource utilization.
- Diagnose and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues, providing root‑cause analysis and proactive remediation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with OpenShift and OpenStack in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Kubernetes concepts, container networking, and storage orchestration.
- Hands‑on experience with Ansible, Python, and cloud automation tools.
- Solid understanding of cloud security, compliance, and monitoring practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, client‑facing setting.
