About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver on‑site support for mission‑critical software used in manufacturing and logistics environments.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues in real‑time systems.
- Collaborate with development and engineering teams to implement patches, updates, and configuration changes.
- Perform system performance monitoring, log analysis, and root‑cause investigations.

Requirements
- Strong programming experience in Python and C++.
- Proficiency with Linux operating systems and command‑line tools.
- Hands‑on experience with real‑time and industrial automation platforms.
