About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and client‑site support for Microsoft 365, including user setup, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls) to ensure reliable connectivity.
- Implement and manage cybersecurity solutions, conduct vulnerability assessments, and respond to incidents.
- Lead cloud migration projects, moving workloads to Azure or other cloud platforms while minimising downtime.
- Install, upgrade, and support hardware (PCs, servers, peripherals) and provide end‑user training.
- Document solutions, update knowledge base, and participate in escalation processes to resolve complex issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on IT support experience, preferably in an MSP environment.
- Experience with cybersecurity tools (endpoint protection, SIEM) and incident response.
- Solid understanding of cloud migration strategies and Azure/AWS fundamentals.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
