About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of data import projects, coordinating timelines and deliverables with cross‑functional teams and clients.
- Design, develop, and execute ETL processes to extract, transform, and load patient and clinical data from source EHR systems into athenaOne.
- Validate and map source data fields to athenaOne data structures, ensuring data integrity and compliance with healthcare standards.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and SQL to analyze data quality, troubleshoot issues, and generate detailed migration reports.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to refine data requirements and optimize migration workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data migration or ETL within healthcare or related domains.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and project management abilities.
