Experienced Office Manager needed to oversee daily operations, manage budgets, coordinate vendor relationships, and support a high‑security environment for advanced robotics and autonomous systems development.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all office functions, including facilities, equipment, and supplies, to ensure a seamless work environment.
- Manage vendor contracts, negotiate terms, and oversee procurement of goods and services.
- Develop and monitor departmental budgets, process invoices, and track expenditures.
- Maintain scheduling for meetings, travel, and senior staff calendars, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with security protocols.
- Implement and enforce office policies, safety procedures, and security clearance requirements.
- Provide administrative support to project teams, including document control, reporting, and data entry.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of office management or administrative experience in a technical or defense‑related environment.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with enterprise resource planning tools.
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain) and familiarity with handling classified information.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills with a high degree of professionalism.
