Key Responsibilities
- Provide first‑line technical support for lithography production equipment during CWW day shifts, diagnosing and resolving hardware, firmware, and software issues.
- Utilize Python and C++ scripts to automate routine diagnostics, log analysis, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, quality, and maintenance) to implement corrective actions and preventive maintenance plans.
- Maintain detailed incident records, root‑cause analyses, and knowledge‑base articles to improve team efficiency.
- Participate in on‑call rotations and shift handovers, ensuring seamless transition of support responsibilities.
Requirements
