About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Rotate through multiple outage service assignments, gaining hands‑on experience with nuclear plant equipment, systems, and processes.
- Support the planning, execution, and close‑out of scheduled and unscheduled plant outages, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and subject‑matter experts to perform technical analyses, troubleshoot equipment issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and reports related to outage activities and system performance.
- Participate in training sessions and mentorship programs to build leadership and project‑management competencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of nuclear power plant systems and safety protocols.
- Experience or coursework in outage planning, project coordination, or control‑system technologies (PLC/SCADA).
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with a willingness to work in rotating, field‑based assignments.
- Commitment to a 2‑year development program and to obtaining any required industry certifications.
