About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive linguistic testing on localized content, identifying and resolving errors in grammar, style, and cultural relevance.
- Collaborate with localization engineers and project managers to define QA standards and test plans for multilingual releases.
- Utilize localization tools (e.g., SDL Trados, MemoQ, or similar) to automate test scripts and track defect resolution.
- Document findings, create detailed bug reports, and work with developers to implement fixes.
- Maintain and improve QA processes, contributing to best‑practice guidelines for linguistic quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in linguistic QA or localization testing for at least 3 years.
- Strong command of at least two languages (native proficiency in one, advanced in another).
- Familiarity with localization platforms and QA automation tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
