Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced NOC Engineer with strong expertise in AWS/Azure Cloud, Network Operations, and Cloud Infrastructure Support . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing cloud networking, incident response, monitoring, and troubleshooting in a 24×7 operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support cloud infrastructure in a 24×7 NOC environment.
- Perform incident monitoring, troubleshooting, and timely resolution.
- Manage cloud networking and infrastructure operations across AWS/Azure.
- Handle incident response, escalation, and shift-based operational support.
- Ensure high availability and performance of cloud services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
- Follow operational procedures, SLAs, and best practices.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in NOC, Cloud Infrastructure, Network Operations, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) .
- Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure Cloud .
- Strong understanding of Cloud Networking and Infrastructure Support.
- Experience in 24×7 shift-based operations and incident management.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- CCNA certification or equivalent is preferred.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Advanced Networking Specialty certification is preferred.

- This is a 5-day Work From Office role based in Bangalore (Manyata Tech Park) .
- Candidates should be comfortable working in 24×7 rotational shifts .
- Cab facility will be provided for off-hours.
