New College Grad - Mixed Signal Design Engineer, HBM

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented New College Grad - Mixed Signal Design Engineer to join our team. As a Mixed Signal Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance mixed signal integrated circuits using Verilog and VHDL. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new technologies and products. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in digital and analog circuit design, as well as experience with Python and HBM (Hybrid Bonding and Materials) technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance mixed signal integrated circuits using Verilog and VHDL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new technologies and products.
• Develop and maintain design documentation and specifications.
• Perform simulations and analysis to validate design performance.
• Work with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth production ramp-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Strong foundation in digital and analog circuit design.
• Experience with Python programming language.
• Knowledge of HBM (Hybrid Bonding and Materials) technologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
