About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L3 support for networking managed services, diagnosing and resolving complex incidents.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis to prevent recurrence and improve service quality.
- Monitor and maintain SLA compliance, reporting performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement service improvements and automation.
- Document solutions, update knowledge base, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- Strong experience with enterprise networking technologies (LAN/WAN, VPN, routing, switching).
- Proven incident management and troubleshooting skills in a managed services environment.
- Knowledge of SLA frameworks and performance monitoring tools.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Relevant certifications (CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, etc.) are a plus.
