Network/Data Engineer to support dynamic network experimentation for the Cyber Battle Lab at Fort Gordon, integrating DODIN, EW, and IA environments. Requires strong networking, data handling, and cybersecurity expertise.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure for the Cyber Battle Lab’s experimentation environment.
- Implement data pipelines and analytics to capture and process network traffic for real‑time analysis.
- Integrate DODIN‑A, EW, and IA systems, ensuring secure and compliant connectivity.
- Collaborate with CBL mission teams to develop and test dynamic network scenarios.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize throughput and reliability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in network engineering and data engineering within a cybersecurity context.
- Deep knowledge of DODIN, EW, and IA architectures and security controls.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) for automation and data processing.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
