About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Cisco collaboration and Webex Contact Center architectures for high‑availability, enterprise‑grade communication platforms.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, program managers, and operations to integrate telephony services into contact center workflows.
- Configure and troubleshoot voice routing, IVR, and contact center components, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and scalability assessments for large‑scale telephony deployments.
- Document architecture, configuration, and operational procedures; provide training and support to cross‑functional teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Cisco collaboration technologies (Cisco Unified Communications Manager, CallManager, etc.) and Webex Contact Center.
- Strong knowledge of UCaaS and CCaaS platforms, voice routing, and IVR design.
- Hands‑on expertise in network telephony, including SIP, RTP, and QoS configuration.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with distributed teams.
