Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain robust telecommunications networks, including satellite and RF links, to support aerospace operations.
- Conduct performance analysis, capacity planning, and fault troubleshooting to ensure optimal network reliability.
- Implement network security measures, monitor for vulnerabilities, and respond to incidents in accordance with federal standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate new technologies and upgrade existing infrastructure.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and change management activities for audit and compliance purposes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in network engineering within a telecommunications or aerospace environment.
- Proficiency with RF and satellite communication systems, network protocols, and security frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English or French; bilingualism is an asset.
