Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of local and wide area networks, internet, and intranet systems.
- Execute network startup and shutdown procedures, ensuring proper documentation of all actions.
- Support troubleshooting of network connectivity issues, applying basic diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with senior staff to document network configurations, changes, and procedures.
- Participate in routine network health checks and performance monitoring.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, and WAN concepts.
