About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex network simulation models for 5G and beyond using NS‑3 and OMNeT++.
- Implement simulation scripts in Python and C++ to evaluate protocol performance, radio propagation, and network architecture.
- Validate simulation results against analytical models and real‑world measurements, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate simulation outputs into product development and testing pipelines.
- Document simulation frameworks, methodologies, and findings for internal knowledge sharing and external publications.
Requirements
- Strong experience with network simulation tools (NS‑3, OMNeT++).
- Proficiency in Python and C++ programming.
- Solid understanding of wireless communication standards (LTE, 5G NR).
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex simulation data.
