About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain secure network architectures aligned with customer business and security policies.
- Provide daily operational support for network and firewall environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues, applying systematic methodologies to diagnose and resolve failures quickly.
- Collaborate with Senior Network Engineers to implement network topology changes and enhancements.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and incident responses to support compliance and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Proven experience with enterprise firewall technologies (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA).
- Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, and security best practices.
- Hands‑on experience troubleshooting network performance and connectivity issues.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
