Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise firewall and network security solutions, ensuring robust protection across on‑prem and cloud environments using Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, and AWS security services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and manage firewall policies on Cisco ASA and Palo Alto platforms to safeguard critical infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain VPN solutions, including site‑to‑site and remote access, ensuring secure connectivity for all users.
- Integrate firewall logs with SIEM tools, analyze security events, and respond to incidents in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cloud teams to enforce AWS security best practices, including VPC security groups, NACLs, and security hub.
- Document firewall configurations, change management procedures, and conduct regular security audits.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in network security and firewall administration.
- Proficiency with Cisco ASA, Palo Alto Networks, and AWS security services.
- Strong understanding of VPN technologies, routing, and network segmentation.
- Experience with SIEM platforms and incident response workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
