Lead a high‑performing NOC team, overseeing network monitoring, incident response, and service delivery while ensuring security and reliability across cloud and on‑premise infrastructure.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Direct daily operations of the Network Operations Centre, ensuring 24/7 monitoring and rapid incident resolution.
- Implement and maintain ITIL‑based processes for incident, problem, and change management.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a multidisciplinary NOC team, fostering continuous improvement and skill development.
- Oversee network performance and security using Cisco and other monitoring tools, escalating critical issues to senior engineering as needed.
- Coordinate with cloud and infrastructure teams to integrate monitoring for hybrid environments and ensure service level agreements are met.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing NOC or network operations teams.
- Strong knowledge of network monitoring platforms, Cisco routing/switching, and network security best practices.
- Proven expertise in ITIL frameworks and incident management processes.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid network environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
