About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data center network topologies.
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers to meet performance and security requirements.
- Monitor network health, troubleshoot issues, and perform capacity planning for scalability.
- Implement security policies, access controls, and incident response procedures across the network.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support 24/7 operations and on‑call rotations.
Requirements
- 5–6 years of hands‑on experience in enterprise network design and management.
- Experience with load balancing technologies and data center networking.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a rotational shift environment.
