Lead end‑to‑end implementation of a state‑of‑the‑art fiber network, overseeing program schedules, budgets, and cross‑functional teams while ensuring technical design meets performance and reliability goals.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute program plans for large‑scale fiber network deployments, aligning timelines, resources, and milestones.
- Coordinate cross‑functional engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of network design and field implementation.
- Manage program budgets, track expenditures, and report financial performance to senior leadership.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and regulatory bodies, to secure approvals and maintain alignment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in telecommunications or fiber optic network deployments.
- Strong understanding of fiber network architecture, design principles, and construction processes.
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules, budgets, and multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
