About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead post‑sales engineering for Infoblox, EfficientIP, BlueCat, and TCPWave DDI platforms, designing and implementing enterprise‑class DNS, DHCP, and IPAM solutions.
- Architect and execute migrations, upgrades, and tech refreshes, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with sales teams to conduct demos, discovery sessions, and solution design, driving new‑business capture.
- Provide technical guidance to customers during implementation, troubleshooting, and post‑deployment support.
- Develop best‑practice documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment playbooks for DDI solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of network engineering experience with deep expertise in DNS, DHCP, and IPAM.
- Hands‑on experience with Infoblox, EfficientIP, BlueCat, and TCPWave platforms.
- Strong post‑sales engineering background, including implementation, migration, and upgrade projects.
- Excellent communication skills for pre‑sales technical support and customer engagement.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
