About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain high‑performance, highly available network infrastructure across AWS regions.
- Develop and automate network provisioning and monitoring using AWS services (VPC, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway) and scripting languages.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate network services with compute, storage, and security offerings.
- Diagnose and resolve complex network performance and connectivity issues at scale.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of network architecture, security posture, and cost optimization.
Requirements
- Strong experience with TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, and SDN concepts.
- Hands‑on expertise with AWS networking services (VPC, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, Route 53).
- Proficiency in scripting/automation (Python, Bash) and configuration management tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- BS/BS+ in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
