About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the secure network capability across routing, switching, firewalling, and network design for government and defence clients.
- Set technical direction, define engineering standards, and ensure compliance with security and performance requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing team of network engineers and specialists.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to integrate specialist platforms and monitoring tools into secure operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network reliability, scalability, and security posture.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in enterprise network design, routing, switching, and firewalling.
- Strong background in secure network operations and performance monitoring.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing technical teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, CISSP) are a plus.
