Systems Engineer
Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise network and server infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across Windows and Linux environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless networks to support business operations.
- Administer Windows Server and Linux systems, including patching, configuration, and performance tuning.
- Maintain Active Directory, group policies, and user access controls.
- Deploy and manage virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper‑V) and cloud services.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and implement proactive security measures.
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in network and systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and firewall configuration.
- Hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization platforms.
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for automation.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
