About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into NetSuite functional specifications, ensuring alignment with enterprise technology strategy.
- Configure and customize NetSuite modules, workflows, and reports to support finance, procurement, and IT operations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design data models, integrate NetSuite with external systems, and maintain data integrity.
- Lead user acceptance testing, training, and change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new features.
- Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging NetSuite capabilities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite configuration, scripting, and reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling for reporting and analytics.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
