About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and integrate training and operational datasets from multiple Navy systems.
- Develop statistical models and dashboards to assess readiness, effectiveness, and resource utilization.
- Perform geospatial analysis to support mission planning and fleet sustainment.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate operational requirements into analytical solutions.
- Prepare concise reports and briefings for senior military stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a defense or military environment.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, matplotlib) and SQL for data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and GIS software.
- Active Secret security clearance and ability to obtain higher clearance if required.
