About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support Navy project delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements and timelines.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, maintain backlogs, and track progress using project management tools.
- Prepare briefings, status reports, and documentation for senior stakeholders and Navy leadership.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate technical solutions into actionable Navy operational outcomes.
Requirements
- Active Secret or higher security clearance.
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting defense or Navy programs.
- Strong understanding of Navy operations, acquisition processes, and related regulations.
- Proficiency with Agile frameworks, JIRA/Confluence, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI).
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
