Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive national account strategy for health system clients, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision‑makers across hospitals, health networks, and payer organizations.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver customized solutions, negotiate contracts, and close high‑value deals.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and inform product positioning.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of managing national accounts.
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at the C‑suite level.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high‑performing teams and collaborate across functions.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data‑driven sales analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
