QA Engineer
Mid‑level Test Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and executing automated hardware validation for next‑generation computing platforms, using Python, C++, and Linux‑based test frameworks.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test suites for silicon and system‑level validation using Python and C++.
- Design test hardware setups, configure instrumentation, and ensure repeatable test environments.
- Execute functional, performance, and stress tests on new architectures, analyzing results to identify regressions.
- Collaborate with design, firmware, and software teams to debug failures and drive root‑cause resolution.
- Document test procedures, results, and coverage metrics, contributing to continuous‑improvement of the validation flow.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with 2–4 years of hardware test experience.
- Proficiency in Python and C++ for test development and scripting.
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and command‑line tools.
- Hands‑on experience with test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies) and hardware debugging.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
