As a Member of Technical Staff (MTS) in IO Design Engineering, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance input/output (IO) systems for micron's cutting-edge technology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that meet the company's technical and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-performance IO systems, including interface controllers, protocol processors, and data compression algorithms.
- Collaborate with software and hardware teams to integrate IO systems with micron's products and platforms.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical notes.
- Conduct performance analysis and optimization of IO systems to meet micron's technical and business requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in IO design and development.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IO design and development, with a focus on high-performance systems.
- Strong understanding of computer architecture, digital design, and embedded systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS, and containerization technologies, such as Docker.
