Lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑grade Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, building API ecosystems and data integrations that enable real‑time, scalable Customer 360 experiences across Asian markets.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions that align with business goals and digital transformation strategies.
- Design and govern enterprise‑grade API ecosystems for real‑time data access and integration across multiple systems.
- Lead data modeling, data flow design, and integration patterns to support Customer 360 initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product owners, developers, and data engineers, to ensure seamless delivery and implementation.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for CRM and data solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, preferably in an MNC environment.
- Strong expertise in Azure services, API design (REST/SOAP), and data integration technologies.
- Proven ability to create scalable data models and lead complex integration projects.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience delivering solutions on‑site.
