Lead a high‑priority marketing technology transformation for a major investment client, driving the adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys. Provide strategic consulting, tool evaluation, integration design, and best‑practice implementation to replace a legacy system with a modern, enterprise‑grade marketing suite.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys, from requirements gathering to go‑live support.
- Conduct tool evaluation and vendor comparisons, ensuring alignment with the client’s business objectives and technical architecture.
- Design and architect integration solutions between Dynamics 365, Azure services, and existing data sources, ensuring data quality and security.
- Develop and deliver best‑practice guidance on marketing automation, customer segmentation, and journey orchestration.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional designs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys consultant or similar marketing automation role.
- Proven track record of leading large‑scale marketing technology transformations and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Data Factory) and data integration patterns.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Certifications in Dynamics 365 Marketing or related Microsoft technologies are a plus.
