About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and capture business requirements for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
- Design and document functional architecture, ensuring alignment with business processes and technical standards.
- Configure and extend Power Automate flows, Power Pages sites, and Power BI reports to meet stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Dataverse data models and ensure data integrity.
- Provide guidance on best practices, governance, and security across the Power Platform ecosystem.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Functional Lead or Senior Functional/ Solution Architect in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
- Hands‑on expertise with Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a track record of translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience facilitating workshops and driving stakeholder consensus.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance within the Power Platform.
