Senior Azure DevOps Server Administrator responsible for managing, optimizing, and securing Azure DevOps Server environments, building CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high availability and performance for enterprise applications.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Azure DevOps Server instances, including upgrades, patches, and configuration tuning.
- Design, implement, and monitor CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines, PowerShell, and YAML.
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and performance optimization for build and release services.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to integrate DevOps practices and tooling.
- Implement security best practices, role-based access control, and compliance monitoring.
- Provide troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and documentation for all DevOps processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience administering Azure DevOps Server and related Microsoft technologies.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and experience with YAML pipeline configuration.
- Deep understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network fundamentals.
- Experience with Azure DevOps Services, Azure Pipelines, and Azure Repos.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and documentation abilities.
