MRO Quality Engineer

As a MRO Quality Engineer at RTX, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) processes and products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement quality improvements, develop and implement quality control procedures, and analyze data to drive business decisions. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, engineering, and data analysis, with experience in machine learning and AWS a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement quality improvements.
• Analyze data to drive business decisions and identify areas for process improvement.
• Develop and maintain quality control documentation and records.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, quality assurance).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
• Strong background in quality assurance, engineering, and data analysis.
• Experience with machine learning and AWS a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
