About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement complex, responsive UI components using React.js, TypeScript, and Redux.
- Lead a cross‑functional team through Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and continuous delivery.
- Collaborate with product owners and UX designers to translate requirements into technical specifications and user‑friendly interfaces.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability through code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior developers, promote best practices, and drive technical excellence across the module.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional front‑end development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or technical ownership role.
- Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and state management libraries such as Redux.
- Proven experience delivering large‑scale, high‑traffic web applications using Agile methodologies.
- Solid understanding of modern front‑end tooling (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn) and CI/CD processes.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving skills, and ability to mentor and motivate a development team.
